Hello from Germany, first time to Florida in February 2016

Hello,
my name is Eric, i am 47 years young and come from germany.
Last year i failed because of a german pilot strike, but this year i will start my first birding trip to florida.
Facts:
1 week , hotel in Ft. Myers beach at the ende of february, car. my planning is:
often Ft myers beach (north and south) and nearby: estero lagoon , cape corral , sanibel island
excursions to: ft. de soto, jr ding darling trail and to the Blue cypress lake (i know it is far away, but i am on osprey fan!)
My main aims are birds of prey: kestrel, eagles, ospreys and th little burrowing owl, but also brown pelicans, herons and the smaller shore birds.
Now I will read everything here, that is intersting for me.
