It seems that there's always somebody making it difficult for the rest of us. The heavy rains of the past month has created a soft muddy area at the Moccasin Island Island Tract Parking Lot. Some individuals with 4 wheelers decided to try and make the area a mud bogging track, tearing up the grass there. The St. Johns Water District employees roped off the area with tape today and said it that does not stop the vandalism they will be forced to close the parking lot. The Sheriff's Officer who patrols that area asked that if you should see these perpetrators in the act of vandalizing the parking lot, please get a license plate number for him. So, if you witness these guys tearing up the parking lot, take a photo, get a license plate number, and lets get that information to the Sheriff's office.

LET'S SEE---Black Point is closed---if it rains, the Wetlands are closed---and now, the MIT parking lot is closed. Looks like we are going to have to go to Tampa and camp out in Hunter's back yard to get any shots. Not to worry Hunter---I will recycle my Budweiser cans for you......................................
