DANGEROUS SITUATION AT MIT!!!Be extremely careful out at MIT these days. I came up to this truck full of hunters. When I approached one of them stopped me asked if I'd give them a minute as they had seen some deer cross the road. Two of them then walked down 4 mile road at the ready. If you look under the truck in pix #1 you can see one of them laying in the road way in front of the truck. When he got up he had a rifle which he then slung over his shoulder. You can draw your own conclusions as to why he was laying on the ground. I went back out the next day and I as drove out 4 mile road I came to the spot where the guys had been readying to shoot and I saw what they saw. If you look over the top of the deer you can see the kiosk for the parking lot. These guys were not familiar with the area, so they didn't know the parking lot was there. Scary

Looks like the Vehicle tag number can be identified in your photographs. I might suggest that you give copies of those photographs to the Sheriff officers that you see out there in the parking lot.
If those guys would have taken a shot at the deer, they may have hit someone in the parking area!! We don't need those guys out there.....

These are the kind of people that keep me out of the woods. I am a Florida native and when I hear about people like these and their "BRUSH SHOTS", I think, should these people be armed. Don't get me wrong I know a lot of people that hunt. They all respect the rules and safety is number 1, but all it takes is one idiot. I love places where Hunting is prohibited I feel a lot safer. Just my thought on it. I'd rather be shooting with a camera.
