This park is at the very end of Marion Avenue. It is a great morning shoot for Pelicans, Osprey and other fishing birds. It is home to the Peace River Wildlife Center www.peaceriverwildlifecenter.com/ which is a rescue organization for wild animals. The animals are in cages but, there is a large pen for larger flightless birds. The park has two fishing piers. One is a part of a wildlife trail through the mangroves. I often shoot wading birds from the bridge at the entrance to the trail. Look into the mangroves for Night Herons and along the canal for waders.
