St Johns river SR 520 boat ramp

Tried to kayak St Johns river today launching from SR 520 boat ramp.  East channel is dried up, I got grounded after a couple hundred yards going north in the main channel.  I went south of Lone Cabbage Fish Camp & water was about a foot deep in the middle of the main channel.

Nice shots. I bet that the water is not that low now.

I was there about 6 weeks ago & was still hitting bottom with my paddle in the east channel. I have been there when you could see little waves from the current & saw horses swimming across the water, love the way the rain changes that area at different tmes of the year.
